1. Services
Kodakkista offers professional photography services for weddings and events. The specific details, prices and deliverables of each service are defined in the particular contract signed between the client and the studio.
2. Bookings and Payments
To guarantee the event date, the signing of a contract and the payment of a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid as stipulated in said contract, generally before the delivery of the final material.
3. Cancellations
In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded to cover the date reservation and administrative costs. The specific cancellation and force majeure conditions are detailed in the service contract.
4. Material Delivery
- ✦Delivery times will vary according to the season and volume of work, usually between 8 and 12 weeks.
- ✦Images are delivered in high resolution digital format through a private online gallery.
- ✦RAW files or unedited material are not delivered, as editing is a fundamental part of our artistic style.
5. Intellectual Property
The photographs are the intellectual property of Kodakkista. The client receives a personal and private use license to print and share the images. Commercial use or alteration of the images without express written consent is not permitted.
